Mike Browning

National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach

Mike is passionate about all aspects of wellness that help each individual become their best and most fulfilled self. He has dedicated his academic and professional life to pursuing knowledge and experience to help others achieve wellness. Mike has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in education. He has been a certified personal trainer for 20 years and a health and wellness coach for five years. Just recently, he became a nationally certified health coach.

Mike is a husband and a father of four. He enjoys spending his time on various hobbies such as weightlifting, all sports and outdoor activities, home improvement, and traveling.

Brittany Friend

National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach

Brittany has been in the health and wellness field for the past 12 years working in the community and providing critical health education to encourage healthy lifestyles to prevent chronic disease. She earned her bachelor’s degree in sports management from Davis & Elkins College, followed by her master’s degree in emergency management. Her experience includes being a Certified Personal Trainer and a Health Promotions Specialist with UPMC. She obtained her national board certification as a health coach and is passionate about helping the community, especially youth and moms trying to navigate their health in the pre and postnatal stages.

Brittany shares two beautiful daughters with her husband of 13 years. In addition to keeping busy with their children’s activities, she and her husband are active with Cresaptown Volunteer Fire Department, where they continue their love for helping the community.

Pam Jan

National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach

Pam’s holistic approach brings clarity, direction, and positive support to her clients. She partners with clients to help them identify the gap between where they are and where they want to be so that they can live their best lives. Pam walks beside clients on their journey to healthier lives through intentionality, tuning into their inner voice, making space for self-care, lifestyle changes, and achieving life-changing goals.

Pam has been coaching for fourteen years. She has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in public administration. Her other certifications include The Center for Mind-Body Medicine, Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Lifestyle Coach for Diabetes Prevention, Building Better Caregivers, Chronic Pain Self-Management and Alzheimer’s Community Educator.

Carey Moffatt

National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach

Carey began working for the health system in 2010 as a health educator in Community Health and Wellness. She is currently working as a national board-certified health and wellness coach and specializes in recovery coaching. As someone in recovery, Carey enjoys helping clients facing the same challenges as she did.

In addition to being a certified health and wellness coach, Carey is certified as a peer recovery specialist and a SMART Recovery facilitator. Carey is a behavioral health advocate and loves giving back to her community.
