Originally developed by Stanford University, this FREE six-week workshop explores: The mind-body connection, the benefits of physical activity, the connection between food and chronic pain and ways to communicate with your food and chronic pain doctor and family.

Circle of Friends Bereavement Support Group is open to anyone in the community who is grieving the death of a loved one and would like to meet with others who have similar shared experiences.
