This free support group is intended for mothers and babies. Through this group, mothers can gain support from breastfeeding experts and get a chance to meet peers who may be going through similar motherhood journeys.

We support and encourage each other in whatever the feeding plan may be. Mothers can bring baby ready for a feeding.

Topics included but not limited to:

• Breastfeeding benefits
• Latch and positioning
• How much milk your baby needs
• Baby hunger cues and when to breastfeed
• Proper storage of breastmilk
