Our staff is committed to providing the best care possible, always with concern for maintaining residents’ dignity and individuality. We work hard to make your loved one feel at home and develop close relationships with you and your family member. We offer both skilled and intermediate nursing care that meets not only the physical but also the emotional and spiritual needs of our residents.

Skilled Nursing Care

This type of health care is provided when you need nursing or therapy staff to treat, manage, observe, and evaluate your care. Providers of skilled care include: registered nurses, licensed practical and vocational nurses, physical and occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists and audiologists.

Rehabilitation Services

Short-term rehabilitation services are available for those who need to build up their strength after a surgery or an illness. Our team of physical, occupational, and speech therapists will develop an individualized plan of rehabilitation to get you ready to return home and resume your normal life.

The therapy staff, consisting of occupational therapists, physical therapists and speech therapists, provides your loved one with an individualized rehabilitation plan of care to help them attain their maximum physical potential.

Intermediate Care

Intermediate Care is care required to assist your loved one in all aspects of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, mobility, eating and incontinence care, overseeing medications, etc.

For intermediate care, residents must be assessed to need assistance with at least one to two Activities of Daily Living (ADLs):

  • Dressing
  • Bathing
  • Mobility
  • Incontinence
  • Feeding

Appetizing, nutritious meals; planned social and recreational activities; and spiritual services reflect the Center’s philosophy to care for the whole person–body, mind, and spirit. The accommodations accentuate comfort and quality with tastefully designed, spacious resident rooms. Both private and semi-private resident rooms are available.

Haven Unit

The Haven Unit is a special 22-bed unit for our residents who have Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia. Attractive lounges provide a homey setting to visit with friends and family.
