The Western Maryland Health System Frostburg Nursing and Rehabilitation Center (FNRC) is a skilled nursing facility for long-term care and short-term rehabilitation. FNRC accommodates a total of 88 residents, including the Haven Unit, a special 22-bed unit for Alzheimer's residents. Established in 1995, FNRC is at the site of the former Frostburg hospital.

Your loved one’s quality of life at the Western Maryland Health System Frostburg Nursing and Rehabilitation Center (FNRC) is our top priority. Team members from various departments, including social services, are always on hand to assist and help navigate the various choices in care to ensure their needs are being met. Families are encouraged to meet with the team regularly to check in and are welcome to visit FNRC anytime, as well as participate in activities at the center.
