Dr. Nomen is an excellent physician. He takes the time to explain the ailment suffered by his patient. In addition, he does not just prescribe medication; he explains his preference for a certain medication and not the other; he explains the benefits and the side effects of each medication. In addition, he takes the time to listen to his patient. I am glad that UPMC Western MD has such a physician.

Even though Dr. Loveria is my primary and I am thrilled he is my primary, Dr. Noman was very thorough and knowledgeable about my situation. He took his time, explained his thinking, and truly showed interest about my concerns. He was so concerned that he called me back after I left and scheduled a further test for me. I could not have been more satisfied with my treatment. You have a gem in Dr. Noman, keep him.

Dr Nomen is the BEST! On several occasions he has called me at home to answer my questions. He's always very kind, caring, knowledgeable, not rushed, and he explains everything thoroughly (and even draws diagrams and pictures)I just can't say enough good things about him. He's a gem!

I would recommend Dr Nomen to everyone. He understands the need for consistency in care as well as a clear concern that you understand why he makes the recommendations and plans for your care going forward. He also listens to your questions and concerns and ensures both parties are satisfied with the outcome.

I really like Dr. Nomen. I have previously had bad experiences with WMHS/UPMC and only saw them if it was an absolute necessity. I would see Dr's in Morgantown for everything I could. I like Dr. Nomen and I hope the hospital treats him well so that he stays. I am a community provider and I have referred many people to Morgantown. Since having Dr. Nomen, I have been telling people how lucky I am to have finally found a GOOD local Provider who actually cares about my issues.

Dr. Nomen understood my individual issues but also new that being full time caregiver to my husband was taking it's toll and understood how that factor into my health. He is a compassionate and reassuring doctor. He went above and beyond and took the time to get to know me as this was my first visit since my former PCP, Nancy White, had retired. He even knew about the things Nancy and I spoke about as he had read all of her notes for the last few years. He is an excellent doctor and human being. He knows the meaning of the word kindness.

Dr. Nomen spoke well about my condition. He was well aware of all that had changed between our last appointment and this meeting. He gave me advice, asked my opinion, and confirmed that he would follow up on my progress. He arranged to see me again at my convenience and assured me that he Is available by phone in the meantime. I have asked the office to make Dr. Nomen my regular doctor.

So happy to have found Dr. Noman and hope he stays in the area for a long time. Second member of the family to see him and very impressed with his care and concern. He is personable while remaining professional. He listens to concerns and problems and answers questions in a way that is accurate and easy to understand. He is very detail oriented and takes his time. He has been great with following up both through the portal as well as calling on the phone. He is a new physician and time will tell but for now very impressed and could not be more pleased with this doctor.
