Mini Meditation Sessions

Program

Meditation brings the mind and body into a state of stillness and natural well being. A regular practice has numerous benefits:

  • Reduces stress, anxiety and depression
  • Lowers blood pressure and cortisol levels
  • Improves memory and concentration
  • Strengthens intuition
