HIIT Workout Classes


High Intensity Interval Training is designed to give you an amazing calorie burn, blast body fat, boost metabolism, sculpt lean muscle mass, strengthen your core and increase cardiovascular endurance – all in 45 minutes!

All fitness levels are encouraged to join in the fun and supportive class environment!

Classes are FREE, but registration is required.

Indoor HIIT Workout Schedule:

All indoor HIIT classes take place in the Willowbrook Office Complex Community Room Ground Floor from 5:00-5:45 p.m.
