It is a gentle, slow-paced yoga that is performed using the benefit of a chair to support the body throughout the poses. This is beneficial if you have mobility issues. It helps maintain flexibility, your range of motion, spinal strength, mental awareness, calmness, digestion, and many other bodily functions.
Chair Yoga is held every other month and is free to the community.
