Community Health Access Program
The CHAP program offers preventive and primary healthcare services to Allegany County residents who are uninsured and meet the financial eligibility guidelines. This unique program, a joint venture of the Western Maryland Health System and Allegany Health Right, assists uninsured adults gain access to appropriate health care, such as prescription programs, nutritional counseling, and diagnostic care. Allegany Community Access Program
In partnership with various health and human service providers, Allegany Community Access Program (CAP) helps uninsured adults access a range of services in the county.
