Look Good...Feel Better

This program is designed especially for women undergoing treatment for cancer and teaches them how to cope with the appearance-related side effects of their treatments.

During the group session, specially trained cosmetologists will demonstrate how to conceal hair loss with wigs, turbans, and scarves and deal with skin problems and other side effects commonly associated with chemotherapy or radiation treatments. Each participant will receive a free makeover and a make-up kit appropriate for her skin tone.

This program does not interfere with the patient’s medical treatment or replace professional medical advice. Also, the program does not promote any cosmetic product line or manufacturer.
