House Supervisor Position Available

The Western Maryland Health System is seeking a part-time House Supervisor. The House Supervisor is responsible for assuring the function of the Department of Nursing and has administrative authority in absence of the Senior Vice President/Chief Nurse Executive in consultation with the Administrative Officer on-call. This position includes varied shifts, with rotating holidays and some weekends possible.

Candidates must be a graduate of an approved School of Nursing, and a B.S. Degree in Nursing or a related field is preferred. Candidates must also have effective communication skills, demonstrated leadership ability, and excellent organizational and clinical skills.
