The luck of the Irish was with the Western Maryland Health System Adult Medical Day Care this year when their happy leprechaun, Patrick O’Cassess, dropped in for a visit and to spread some blarney. Patrick is shown in these pictures, in his costume designed and made for him by Day Care nursing assistant/driver, Paula Long, with client’s and center staff.
