Mid-week Mind Rest at Rocky Gap State Park

It's that time of the week when you just really wish it was Friday already. Instead of wishing away days, take a minute to slow down, soak in some nature time and join us for a relaxing, agenda-less exploration of our beautiful forest.

Meet at the Touch of Nature Parking Lot. We will start with a short, downhill hike into a rhododendron lined ravine. Then it's about half-an-hour for you time -- whether that means self guided meditation or yoga, sitting with your feet in the creek, sketching, taking a nap in the sun or exploring the forest floor, is up to you. We'll then gather and hike back to our vehicles.
