Managing Cancer-Related Fatigue Workshop - April 17
The WMRMC Schwab Family Cancer Center and the American Cancer Society will be presenting a workshop on Managing Cancer-Related Fatigue on Wednesday, April 17 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon in the WMRMC auditorium, room 6.
This free workshop is designed for persons with cancer-related fatigue and their loved ones. The goal is to assist the cancer patient in developing a personal self-management plan and self-care techniques including stress reduction, exercise and nutritional tips to enhance both their health and quality of life.
This I Can Cope Class will be taught by Nadine Wampler, RN, MSN, OCN, Research Nurse with the WMRMC Schwab Family Cancer Center and Hunter Brakeall, M.ed, Certified Cancer Exercise/Wellness Specialist.
