PTO SELL FOR BENEFITSEmployees can sell PTO to help decrease the cost of benefits.
  
PAID TIME OFFPaid time off includes vacation, holidays, personal time and sick leave. Full and part time employees accrue PTO per pay period based on the employee's worked hours and length of service. Relief employees do not accrue paid time off benefits.
  
FUNERAL LEAVELeave with pay, not to exceed a maximum of (3) scheduled work days, may be granted to employees in the event of a death in the immediate family.
  
TUITION REIMBURSEMENTThe tuition reimbursement program is designed to aid employees who wish to further their education and improve their job skills. Full time employees may receive a maximum of $2000 reimbursement per year. Part time employees are reimbursed on a prorated basis.
  
CERTIFICATION REIMBURSEMENTEmployees are eligible to receive reimbursement for professional certification in related job fields provided they have completed a satisfactory probationary period.
