Frostburg Nursing and Rehabilitation Center
The WMHS - Frostburg Nursing and Rehabilitation Center was established in 1995 at the site of the former Frostburg hospital. Initially opening with 33 beds, the facility has undergone a major expansion project. WMHS - Frostburg Nursing and Rehabilitation Center now accommodates 88 residents and includes the Haven Unit, a special 22-bed unit for Alzheimer's residents. The staff at WMHS - Frostburg Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is committed to providing the best care possible, always with concern for maintaining each resident's dignity and individuality. They work hard to make the residents feel at home and to develop close relationships with the residents and their families. They offer both skilled and intermediate nursing care that meet not only physical, but also emotional and spiritual needs of the residents.

Family members are welcome to visit anytime. Staff from various departments, including social services, are always on hand to help you sort out the various choices in care and provide helpful orientation to the nursing center for the resident and the family.
