Terri is the Adminstrator for FNRC.  She has nearly 30 years of experience in long-term care and social services management.  She is a graduate of Alderson-Broaddus College with Bachelors of Science degree in nursing and studied management at the graduate level at Frostburg State University. 

Terri’s professional experience has been with Diakon Lutheran Social Ministries, where she worked for 26 years.  She held a variety of positions, including Nursing Home Administrator and Executive Director,Vice President of Retirement and Health Care Services, Vice President of Quality Improvement, and Executive Director of Employee Development and Health.  

Most recently, she was Cogent Healthcare’s program director for the Hospital Medicine Program at WMHS.  Terri was born and raised in Garrett County and resides in McHenry where she and her family raise crops and beef cattle on their large family farm.  She is married to her husband Jack and has two children, Ashley and Andrew.  She shares our commitment of creating a home-like environment for our residents and providing them with the finest care possible.

Dr. William Lamm - FNRC Medical Director

William Lamm, M.D., is the Medical Director for FNRC.  Dr. Lamm begn his new role as medical director in August 2014.  A long-time physician in the tri-state area, he received his medical degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine and completed his residency in family medicine at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore.  Dr. Lamm holds board certification in family medicine and geriatric medicine. 

Most recently, he was employed by MEP Physicians as the medical director of the Observation Unit at WMHS and worked as a hospital medincine physician.  We also want to recognize Dr. Wonsock Shin, who has done a wonderful job as our Medical Director for the past 14 years.  We thank him for his leadership and guidance and for his dedication to our residents. 

Dr. Lamm is part of the Skilled Nursing Associates Program (SNAP), which also includes three experienced nurse practitioners - Kim Bittner, Mary Ann Dameron, and Patricia Jones.   Dr. Shin, along with Dr. Sidhu and Dr. Naeem, will continue to be available to provide care for residents who have them as their medical provider.
