MetLife Offers Free Will preparation

Employees who have elected Supplemental Term Life insurance have access to an important benefit called Will Preparation. This service is offered by Hyatt Legal Plans, a MetLife company. The service will provide eligible employees and their spouses with access to a participating plan attorney for preparing or updating a will. This service covers the legal fees, when using a participating attorney.

You can call Hyatt Legal Plan's toll free number and a Client Service Representative (CSR) will assist you in locating a participating plan attorney in your area and provide you with a case number to give to the attorney. You will be asked to provide the WMHS's group number and your social security number. If you have questions about Will Preparation, please contact Hyatt Legal Plans at the toll free number below.

YMCA Membership

Come join the YMCA! Any employee of WMHS authorized for a minimum of 32 hours biweekly is eligible to join the Cumberland YMCA and receive a 25% subsidy if they meet the guidelines of the subsidy program. Employees authorized for less than 32 hours biweekly or retirees are not eligible for the subsidy program however, can join the program and have the joining fees waived. Kinetix Health Club

The Kinetix Health Club, in cooperation with WMHS, is now offering a 40 percent discount on memberships to WMHS employees and a similar discount for family members. This takes the regular individual membership fee of $40 a month to $24. The membership with the discount is available only through payroll deduction. All arrangements (including filling out the payroll deduction form) are made directly with Kinetix.

More Fitness Deals (for Women!)

Imagine that!, a fitness center for women, will now waive its $149 enrollment fee and offer reduced monthly rates through payroll deduction for new WMHS staff joining the facility. Imagine that! offers a 30-minute strength and aerobic total body workout as its core service, with additional equipment and exercise options available. Reduced monthly fees vary from $29 to $42 depending on length of membership.
