A tax sheltered annuity/403(b) (TSA) is a voluntary program whereby the employee contributes money; pre-tax, to save for retirement. WMHS matches the employee contributions at 50% up to 6% of the employee's base pay. The Principal Financial Group is the 403(b) vendor for WMHS employees. To discuss your investment options or to meet with a Principal financial representative call 1-800-547-7754.

The Principal Financial Group will be on site throughout the year to hold one-on-one meetings with employees. We encourage employees to meet with the Principal Financial Group Representative to learn more about the investment options, review your personal accounts and obtain education material about the financial market. A schedule of 1:1 meetings will be announced each month approximately two weeks prior to the Principal representative’s visit as well as instructions on how to schedule your appointment.
