Next Change to Win - Starts January 8
Change To Win is a 10-week weight loss program led by a team of registered dietitians to aid participants in making healthy lifestyle changes that lead to permanent weight loss. Even if you don't need to lose weight, you are welcome to come and learn nutrition information to help you stay healthy and feel well.
Where: Classes will be held in the Willowbrook Office Complex 2nd floor—follow the signs.
When: Two class times for your convenience: 12 noon and 4:30 p.m.
Cost: $60 to sign up. Fee includes a workbook.
Those who lose 10 pounds in 10 weeks and attend 8 of the 10 sessions earn $50 back.
Those who lose 5 pounds in 10 weeks and attend 8 of the 10 sessions earn $25 back.
If you are in a healthy BMI range and attend 8 of the 10 sessions, you will get $50.

How to be successful at losing weight and keeping it off. Nutrition basics, shop to drop weight, scale down portions, eating for heart health, fill up with fiber, dine out smart, oack in nutrients, not empty calories, healthy kitchen...healthy you!
