- Chest pain or discomfort for more than a few minutes
- Pain in the neck, jaw, arms, or upper back
- Abdominal pain or feeling of heartburn
- Cold sweats or clammy skin
- Unusual tiredness or nausea
- Dizziness or lightheadedness
- Shortness of breath
