Community Health Screening
Thursday, February 14
7:30 a.m.to 8:30 a.m.
WMRMC Auditorium, rooms 3,4, and 5

Screening includes:

Lipid Panel with Glucose - $20

Osteoporosis Screening - $5

Blood Pressure Screening, Body Mass Index, Body Fat Analysis - FREE

Registration is required.  Fasting is required for the glucose testing. 
Nothing to eat or drink 10 to12 hours prior to bloodwork, except water.
